We understand that sometimes plans change, and we have designed our cancellation and refund policy to be as fair and transparent as possible. Please read the following policy carefully to understand your rights and obligations.

Cancellation Policy

1. Program Application Fee

The program application fee is non-refundable under any circumstances.

2. Program Deposit

The program deposit is required to secure your place in the program. This deposit is partially refundable under the following conditions:
Cancellation within 30 days of payment: 50% of the deposit is refundable.
Cancellation after 30 days of payment: The deposit is non-refundable.

3. Full Program Fee

The full program fee must be paid by the due date specified in your acceptance package. The refund eligibility for the full program fee is as follows:
Cancellation more than 90 days before the program start date: 75% of the full program fee is refundable.
Cancellation 60-89 days before the program start date: 50% of the full program fee is refundable.
Cancellation 30-59 days before the program start date: 25% of the full program fee is refundable.
Cancellation less than 30 days before the program start date: The full program fee is non-refundable.

Refund Policy

1. Program Cancellation by

In the unlikely event that cancels a program, participants will receive a full refund of all payments made, including the application fee and deposit.

2. Visa Denial

If a participant’s visa application is denied, they are eligible for a refund of 75% of the full program fee upon providing official documentation of the visa denial. The application fee and deposit remain non-refundable.

3. Withdrawal Due to Personal Reasons

If a participant withdraws from the program for personal reasons not covered above, the standard cancellation refund policy applies. No additional refunds will be provided.

4. Force Majeure

In cases of force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, political instability), will make every effort to provide alternative arrangements. If no suitable alternative can be found, participants may receive a partial refund at the discretion of
